Productive Day in Bangalore — Meeting with Mr. Sanket Joshi Hridtech Pvt Ltd

 


Happy to share a small milestone from the road. I had a great meeting today with Mr. Sanket Joshi of Hridtech Pvt Ltd in Bangalore  face to face time that actually moved things forward. Meetings like this remind me why in-person conversations still matter, even when screens are so good.

What happened

  • Met Mr. Sanket Joshi at his office in Bangalore.
  • Discussed the second company website and next steps.
  • Meeting ended on a positive note  we’re ready to take the project forward.
  • The second company website was completed today. Done and delivered.

To be fair, travel takes time and energy, but the payoff is worth it. There’s something about reading body language and sketching ideas on a real notepad that a video call can’t match.

A quick scene that stuck with me

During the discussion, Mr. Joshi pointed to a feature he wanted changed and said, “Make it simpler  our customers should get it in two clicks.” That line cut through a lot of debate. We sketched a faster flow on a napkin, agreed on priorities, and left with a clear plan. Small decisions like that save weeks later.

  • Delivering the second website today shows momentum and trust.

You might not realize this, but finishing a site isn’t just checking boxes. It’s about handing over something people can use without thinking about it. That’s the moment you see the value of the work.
