New Wave of Talent Joins Shanthi IT Solution
There’s a buzz in the office
today not the usual deadline kind, but the good kind: fresh faces, bright
ideas, and that unmistakable start-of-something energy. We’re thrilled to
welcome the new internship batch from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering
College. A special thanks to Mr. Vinoth Kumar Placement Head for his
steady support and for connecting us with this talented group. It means a lot
that he keeps believing in what we’re building together.
Let’s be honest: internships
aren’t just a line on a resume. They’re the place where theory meets messiness.
You’ll see code that breaks, designs that get redone, and presentations that
suddenly click after one good piece of feedback. To be fair, that messy middle
is where growth happens fast.
What we’ll focus on with this batch:
- Real projects, not busywork — interns will
contribute to live features and client-ready tasks.
- Weekly mentorship — one-on-one time with
senior engineers and business leads.
- Skill sprints — short, focused workshops on
tools, testing, and communication.
- Career guidance — honest chats about roles,
expectations, and next steps.
A quick story: during last year’s
internship, a team prototyped a small automation that saved hours of manual
work. They started unsure, then kept tweaking, and by week three it was in use.
That kind of “try break fix ship” arc is exactly what we want to see again.
You might not realize this, but
advice from peers often matters more than lectures. So we encourage
collaboration, asking awkward questions, and sharing “I messed this up”
moments. That’s how confidence grows.
Welcome to the batch bring
curiosity, don’t be afraid to fail, and ask lots of questions. We’re here to
guide, challenge, and celebrate the wins with you. See you in the sprint room.
