Join Shanthi IT Solution — Internship Openings

We’re excited  and a little picky. Why? Because internships at Shanthi IT Solution aren’t coffee runs and busy work. They’re real projects, real mentoring, and real chances to grow into a full-time role. If you care about building things people actually use, read on.

What we’re offering

  • internship with hands-on tasks and weekly feedback.
  • Mentorship from engineers, designers, and marketers who’ll show you how the work gets done.
  • Project work that goes to clients  not just class-style exercises.
  • A clear path from intern to full-timer for high performers.

Who should apply

You don’t need to tick every box. We like hunger and curiosity more than a perfect resume. Apply if you:

  • Want to build beautiful, usable websites or apps.
  • Enjoy solving messy problems and learning fast.
  • Can explain your projects clearly  verbally or in writing.
  • Prefer doing over just theorizing.

To be fair, some roles do need basics: frontend folks should know HTML/CSS/JS; backend folks should have a sense of servers and databases; designers should have a portfolio. But we’ll teach the rest.

Positions available

  • UI/UX
  • HR / BDE
  • Frontend Developer
  • Full Stack Developer
  • Mobile App Developer
  • Digital Marketing
  • Graphic Designer
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Data Science
  • Data Analyst

What you’ll actually do

  • UI/UX intern: Sketch wireframes, run simple usability tests, and turn feedback into better flows.
  • Frontend intern: Convert designs into responsive pages and fix tricky layout bugs.
  • Digital marketing intern: Plan a campaign, run small ad tests, and report what worked.
  • AI/ML intern: Build and validate a small model or preprocessing pipeline for a project dataset.
  • Data intern: Clean data, make dashboards, and help stakeholders understand the numbers.

You’ll be surprised how much you can learn in a few weeks when you’re shipping something that matters.

How we’ll support you

  • Weekly check-ins and honest feedback.
  • Pairing with a mentor on real client tasks.
  • Resources: access to tools, learning materials, and small budgets for experiments.
  • Showcase opportunities: present your work to the team and clients.

Quick tips to stand out on your application

  • Show a short project or portfolio link  even a small one.
  • Write a crisp sentence about what you want to learn here.
  • Be specific: say which role you want and why.
  • If you’ve contributed to an open-source repo, tell us about one meaningful commit.

You might not realize this, but clarity beats polish. A simple project that solves a problem is more convincing than a long list of buzzwords.

We’re excited to meet people who care, who tinker, who mess up fast and try again. If that’s you, apply today  let’s build something useful together.
