Celebrating Our Interns: UI/UX & Development Cohort — Certificates Awarded!
We’re thrilled to share that our internship students have
completed their UI/UX and Development programs at Shanthi IT Solution and have
received their certificates of achievement. It felt like a small graduation day
in the office: proud smiles, a few teary eyes, and the kind of energy that
makes everyone want to do better.
What they accomplished
- Completed
hands-on projects that went beyond classroom exercises.
- Built
real UI/UX prototypes and development features used in live demos.
- Learned
to take feedback quickly and turn it into better work.
- Showed
teamwork, ownership, and responsibility under real deadlines.
To be fair, a certificate is just paper but it marks several nights of code, late
revisions, and tiny victories that add up.
A quick story that stuck with us
One intern, Arjun, joined knowing
only HTML basics. By week four he’d redesigned a client’s onboarding flow,
tested it with five users, and reduced confusing steps. He didn’t wait to be
told; he asked users, iterated, and shipped. The client noticed. The team
noticed. That kind of growth is exactly why we run internships this way.
What we value in these interns
- Curiosity over credentials.
- Willingness to fail fast and learn faster.
- Clear communication
both when things go well and when they don’t.
- Team-first attitude, not lone-hero drama.
You might not realize this, but
those small habits showing up, asking
the awkward question, shipping imperfect work
are what turn an intern into a reliable teammate.
Next steps for the interns
- Showcase
the projects in a portfolio or GitHub.
- Keep
iterating on the UI/UX pieces based on real user feedback.
- Use
the certificate as proof that you shipped work, not just completed
lessons.

A word to mentors and supporters
Thanks to the mentors who made time, the clients who trusted
student work, and the team who stepped in to guide. Mentorship that’s honest
and hands-on makes the difference.
We’re proud of every intern who finished this cycle. You
brought ideas, grit, and fresh perspectives
and you left a mark. Keep building, keep asking hard questions, and keep
surprising yourselves.
See you around and if
anyone wants feedback on a portfolio or a quick code review, drop by or send a
message.
