A Wonderful Experience at Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College – Career Guidance Event

 

Some opportunities just feel special, and this one truly did. I had the honor of being invited, along with my team from Shanthi IT Solution, to take part in the Career Guidance Event at Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, thoughtful organization, and an atmosphere filled with curiosity and excitement.

What stood out most was the eagerness of the students. They asked sharp, thoughtful questions about career paths, industry expectations, and how to shape their goals. To be fair, it was refreshing to see such genuine enthusiasm from young minds who are ready to take their next step into the professional world. Their energy reminded me of why sharing knowledge and experience matters so much  because sometimes, a small conversation can spark a big dream.

A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Vinoth Kumar for trusting me and giving our team this golden opportunity to be part of the event. His constant encouragement and belief in collaboration between education and industry truly make a difference.

It was genuinely nice interacting with the students, hearing about their ambitions, and helping them see how they can align their passion with real-world possibilities. Moments like these remind us that career guidance isn’t just about jobs  it’s about helping young people discover who they want to become.
