A Memorable Day at Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College – Guiding Young Minds in Digital Marketing

 

There’s something truly refreshing about standing in front of a group of curious students who are eager to learn and explore new ideas. Recently, I had the privilege of being invited by Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College for a digital marketing guidance event and honestly, it was one of those experiences that remind you why you love what you do. A big thanks to the college for having us, and to every student who made the session so engaging and thoughtful.

 

Students weren’t just listening; they were participating  sharing ideas, asking sharp questions, and genuinely wanting to understand how digital marketing works in the real world. To be fair, that kind of enthusiasm makes any session twice as rewarding.

 

We discussed everything from SEO and content strategy to how brands use social media storytelling to connect with real people. What stood out was how quickly the students connected theory to practice  you could see that spark of curiosity when they realized digital marketing isn’t just about running ads, but about understanding people and solving real problems.

 

One moment that really stuck with me was when a student asked, “How do I start without experience?” My answer was simple: start small, be consistent, and don’t wait for permission to learn. Create content, test campaigns, help local businesses, and document everything you learn. That’s how real marketers are made.

 

Digital marketing isn’t just a skill anymore; it’s a career path that grows with you. The more you practice, the more you realize how much of it depends on creativity, adaptability, and empathy. Seeing students from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College show such genuine interest made the entire experience incredibly meaningful.
