Position Details

  • Role: Telecaller – Full Time

  • Location: Shanthi IT Solution, Valasaravakkam, Chennai

  • Experience:  Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services.

  • Answer inbound queries, provide accurate product information, and address concerns.

  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring follow-ups for conversions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet daily/weekly targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or CRM tools is a plus).

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
